Progressive Appraisal Services Inc.
Progressive Appraisal Services Inc. was founded in 2008 by Ian Rogers and specializes in residential appraisals. There are three full time appraisers on staff, all holding the CRA Designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada, We have over 60 years combined experience appraising residential real estate for a variety of purposes, and are on the approved appraisers list of most major banks and lenders.
The pressure to provide faster appraisals at lower prices, but still maintain quality work is increasing in Ontario. Progressive Appraisal Services offers all three of those qualities in every appraisal assignment we accept.
Josh covers Middlesex, Elgin, Oxford, and Perth Counties.
Ian and Kay cover Haliburton, Hastings, Muskoka, and Peterborough Counties and Kawartha Lakes.
